USHTRASAN (CAMEL POSE)

Type of Aasana : Intermediate/Advanced 


Basic Position : Vajrasan 


How to do the Aasana : 


  1. Move legs i.e knees and ankels such that there is distance between them.
  2. Now raise straight on knees. Inhale and exhale completely.
  3. Now do reverse swinging action of both arms so that finally they catch the respective ankles. 
  4. Look upwards or as much backwards as possible .
  5. Do bahir kumbh in this position count om1,2,3,4,5,
  6. While inhaling come back to normal position. and then back to vajrasan.
  7. This is one round
  8. Do such 5 rounds.
