Type of Aasana : Intermediate/Advanced
Basic Position : Vajrasan
How to do the Aasana :
- Move legs i.e knees and ankels such that there is distance between them.
- Now raise straight on knees. Inhale and exhale completely.
- Now do reverse swinging action of both arms so that finally they catch the respective ankles.
- Look upwards or as much backwards as possible .
- Do bahir kumbh in this position count om1,2,3,4,5,
- While inhaling come back to normal position. and then back to vajrasan.
- This is one round
- Do such 5 rounds.
