Type of Aasana : Warm-up /Basic
Basic Position : Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the
back supporting the trunk palms facing down .
- How to do the Aasana :
- Bend right arm such that Put right hand fingers on right shoulder
- Similarly for left hand.
- Rotate elbow to make big circle as muchpossible visible from side.
- Eyes should be closed throughout
Breathing :Inhale while elbows are coming up. And exhale while elbows are coming down.
