SKANDA CHAKRA (SHOULDER JOINT ROTATION)

Type of Aasana : Warm-up /Basic


Basic Position : Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down . 



  1. How to do the Aasana : 
  2. Bend right arm such that Put right hand fingers on right shoulder
  3. Similarly for left hand.
  4. Rotate elbow to make big circle as muchpossible visible from side.
  5. Eyes should be closed throughout
