DHYAN VEER AASAN


Type of Aasana : Basic /Intermediate

Basic Position :
 Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down 



How to do the Aasana :

  1. Sit in baithak stithi as explained above. and now lift one leg little .
  2. Bend one leg under the other lifted leg  so that it touches the other buttock  from the side.
  3. Similarly do for other leg . But this time it will be over ther other leg.
  4. So now both the knees are one over other completely. and both feet touching opposite buttocks.
  5. This is final position. Relax breathe clamly .Close eyes.
  6. Repeat with legs reversed. i.e previously top knee is now at bottom  and bottm knee is at top.
  7. This is one round
  8. Do such 3 rounds.
