Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate
Basic Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at feet and Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect on ground.
How to do the Aasana :
- Keep Legs apart at little distance .
- Clasp both hands together at back near buttok such that palm face upwards.
- Take breath .
- While exhaling bend forward such that there is right angle between hip back and legs.
- During same time bring your hands up so that there is a right angle between arms and back. This is second right angle. Hence the name dwi kon aasan .
- Hold breath . do no exhale. i.e bahir kumbh. count om12345
- While inhaling brings hands back to normal position and back straight .
- This is one round.
- Do such 5 Rounds.
