MAKARASAN (CROCODILE POSE)
Basic Position :
Viparit Shayan Stithi i.e. Lying on the stomach . Legs Joined to each other at knees and also at foot and placed on floor. Palms next to buttocks facing downwards . Chin on the floor. Sole of feet facing the sky. This is basic Viparit Shayan Stithi.

How to do the Aasana :

Raise the chest and neck and head.
Now keep elbows of both hands on the floor near to ears and do position as if your are holding flowers in both your hands together.
Now rest the chin there instead of flowers.
This is a relaxation aasan so elbow distance and elbow position  should be adjusted accordingly.

Breathing : Normal, eyes closed and body totally relaxed.
Benefits : Slip disk, sitica,back problems ,spinal problems, this is very useful aasan.
Caution : Whosoever having back pain should do it only for limited time or as per doctors recommendation.
