Position : Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands
at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down .
How to do the Aasana :
- While inhaling put your up above your head and bend back little backwards .
- While exhaling bend forward from the hip till forehead touch knees and hand are catching respective thumbs of feet and elbow touching the ground.
- Do bahir kumbh count om1,2,3,4,5
- While inhaling lift up your back and hand to normal position .
- this is one round . do such 5 rounds.
- Remember do not stretch much. with each outgoing breath let the body go losse so that it bends down with gravity so finally head touch the knees . Do not bend the knees in order to complete the touch, even if it is not touching no problem try slowly to improve everyday.
