Type of Aasana : Warm-up
Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down.
How to do the Aasana :
- Inhale while moving leg fingers backward
- Exhale while moving leg fingers forward
- Eyes should be closed during entire duration.
- Take care that Only fingers should bend not Ankle
- Complete 10 rounds.
Breathing : Inhale while moving backward. Exhale while moving forward.
Variations : Right leg, Left Leg, Both leg together , Both legs opposite.
