Padanguli Naman (Leg Fingers Bending)

Type of Aasana : Warm-up 


Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down.


How to do the Aasana :


  1. Inhale while moving leg fingers backward
  2.  Exhale while moving leg fingers forward
  3.  Eyes should be closed during entire duration.
  4.  Take care that  Only fingers should bend not Ankle 
  5. Complete 10 rounds.

Variations :  Right leg, Left Leg, Both leg together , Both legs opposite.
