Type of Aasana : Basic /Intermediate
Basic Position : Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down .
How to do the Aasana :
- Bend left knee and put left foot near right knee on the other side.
- Now rotate trunk backwards from right such that right hand is near right buttock and left hand is as close to right hand as possible. Inhale while you do this.
- Now do antarkumbh count om 1,2,3,4,5
- Now exhaling return back to normal baithak stithi
- repeat same on left side now .
- this is one round
- do such 5 rounds.
