Type of Aasana : Intermediate/Advanced
Basic Position :
Dhyan Veer Aasan.
How to do the Aasana :
- Sit in dhyan veerasan
- One knee should be over another. At first right knee to be over the left.
- What ever knee is above that arm should go back from above the shoulder .
- What ever knee is down that arms should go back from near the hips.
- Try that both hands touch and in further stages both hands clasp firmly.
- This is final position.
- Because in dhyan veer aasan both knees as one above other it appears like mouth of the holy cow. Hence it is called Go Mukh aasan.
Breathing : Normal.
