GO MUKH AASAN

Type of Aasana : Intermediate/Advanced 

Basic Position :
Dhyan Veer Aasan.


How to do the Aasana :

  1. Sit in dhyan veerasan
  2. One knee should be over another. At first right knee to be over the left.
  3. What ever knee is above that arm should go back from above the shoulder . 
  4. What ever knee is down that arms should go back from near the hips.
  5. Try that both hands touch and in further stages both hands clasp firmly.
  6. This is final position. 
  7. Because in dhyan veer aasan both knees as one above other it appears like mouth of the holy cow. Hence it is called Go Mukh  aasan.
