SHASHANK AASAN 4

Type of Aasana : Intermediate/Advanced 


Basic Position : Vajrasana 


How to do the Aasana : 

  1. While inhaling put your  hands at the back . entangle both hand with palms facing sky. Now turn it down so that palms face floor. This rotation should be from inside and not outside.
  2. While exhaling bend forward from the hip till  forehead touch floor and hand are lifted up and palms automatically face upwards and  is in relax positions.
  3. Do bahir kumbh count om1,2,3,4,5
  4. While inhaling lift up your back and hand to normal position and then bring back hands on the knees.
  5. this is one round . do such 5 rounds.


Important to get max benefits of  this aasan is not to lift the buttock at any point of time during the aasan .
