Type of Aasana : Intermediate/Advanced
Basic Position : Vajrasana
How to do the Aasana :
- While inhaling put your hands at the back . entangle both hand with palms facing sky. Now turn it down so that palms face floor. This rotation should be from inside and not outside.
- While exhaling bend forward from the hip till forehead touch floor and hand are lifted up and palms automatically face upwards and is in relax positions.
- Do bahir kumbh count om1,2,3,4,5
- While inhaling lift up your back and hand to normal position and then bring back hands on the knees.
- this is one round . do such 5 rounds.
Important to get max benefits of this aasan is not to lift the buttock at any point of time during the aasan .
