Type of Aasana : Intermediate/Advanced
Basic Position : Vajrasana
How to do the Aasana :
- Close wrists of both hands with thumb packed inside. Put both wrists on the thigh very close to navel such that the palm is upwards.
- While exhaling bend forward from the hip till forehead touch floor and are in relax positions.
- Do bahir kumbh count om1,2,3,4,5
- While inhaling lift up your back and hand and then bring back hands on the knees.
- this is one round . do such 5 rounds.
Important to get max benefits of this aasan is not to lift the buttock at any point of time during the aasan .
