Basic
Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at feet and
Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect on
ground.
How to do the Aasana :
- While you exhale bend forward from the hip such that your hands touch next to your toes
- Try to touch your nose to the knees.
- This is final position. Do bahir kumbh count 1,2,3,4,5
- While inhaling raise your back in to come back in dand stithi.
- Remember for best benefits of this aasan always throught the aasan the knees are not bent and legs are firm and straight and 90 deg with floor.
