PAD HAST AASAN (FORWARDING BENDING POSE )

Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate


Basic Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at feet  and Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect on ground.


How to do the Aasana : 

  1. While you exhale bend forward from the hip  such that your hands touch next to your toes
  2. Try to touch your nose to the knees.
  3. This is final position. Do bahir kumbh count 1,2,3,4,5
  4. While inhaling raise your back in to come back in dand stithi.
  5. Remember for best benefits of this aasan always throught the aasan the knees are not bent and legs  are firm and straight and 90 deg with floor.
