Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate
Basic Position : Shain Stithi (Sleeping on Back pose) Sleep comfortably on the back. Legs joined together. Eyes looking at the sky. Both hands next to buttocks facing downwards .
How to do the Aasana :
- Bend both knee and bring the knee towards the chest.
- Hold both the knee by both hands locked together .
- Now roll the whole side to side such that on one extreme right leg right side section should touch the ground and on other extreme left leg left side section should touch the floor.
- Do such 10 rounds.
- Bend both knee and bring the knee towards the chest.
- Hold both the knee by both hands locked together .
- Now roll the whole side to side such that on one extreme right leg right side section should touch the ground and on other extreme left leg left side section should touch the floor.
- Do such 10 rounds.
