MANIBADDHA NAMAN (OPEN WRIST BENDING )

Type of Aasana : Warm-up /Basic


Basic Position : Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down . 

How to do the Aasana : 

  1. Ensure arms are straight they should be parallel to ground at shoulder height. They should be equidistant. This is very critical to this aasan.
  2. Wrist should be open .
  3. Fingers should be facing roof or sky
  4. this is the starting position
  5. Take breath and while exhaling move fingers down from the wrist so that now they point to the floor.
  6. Then While inhaling take it up.
  7. Continue for 10 rounds
