Type of Aasana : Beginners /Intermediate
Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down.
How to do the Aasana :
- Bend both knees so that soul of both feet face each other and close to the body.
- Hold both feets with both hands.
- Move knees up and down.
- Speed should be slow to average
- It should resemble butterfly flapping wings.

Variations :
Keep hands on respective knees and push up and down with hand.
