POORNA - TITLI AASAN (THE FULL BUTTERFLY)


Type of Aasana : Beginners /Intermediate


Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down.


How to do the Aasana :


  1. Bend both knees so that soul of both feet face each other and close to the body. 
  2. Hold both feets with both hands.
  3. Move knees up and down.
  4. Speed should be slow to average 
  5. It should resemble butterfly flapping wings.

Breathing : Normally because speed is average to fast and cannot sync with it.

Variations :
Keep hands on respective knees and push up and down with hand.
