PAD SANCHALAN AASAN (CYCLING WITH LEG POSE)

Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate


Basic Position : Shain Stithi (Sleeping on Back pose) Sleep comfortably on the back. Legs joined together. Eyes looking at the sky. Both hands  next to buttocks facing downwards  . 


How to do the Aasana : 


  1.  Cycling with leg. 
  2. Lift right leg above the ground bend in knees and start cycling in clockwise direction. 
  3. Afterwards do in anticlockwise direction.
  4. Make such 5 rounds
  5. Then repeate same with left leg.

Variations :
1. Both legs together  in forward cycling and back cycling mode seperately.
