Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate
Basic Position : Shain Stithi (Sleeping on Back pose) Sleep comfortably on the back. Legs joined together. Eyes looking at the sky. Both hands next to buttocks facing downwards .
How to do the Aasana :
- bring RIGHT legs close to buttocks by bending knee. Sole of rt feet should be on the ground.
- Raise hands with palms down at shoulder level
- Now turn the right knee over the left thigh so that it toucher floor on the side of left thigh.
- Now with left and touch right knee by lowering the left hand and by raising right knee as much possible.
- Right arm remains at shoulder level. Look at right hand by turning neck to right
- This is final position . Do bahir kumbh. Count om1,2,3,4,5
- Similarly do on left feet.
- this is one round
- do such 5 rounds.
Breathing : normal all the time.
