Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate
Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down.
How to do the Aasana :
- Imagine that you are rotating heavy old chakki.
- Take 1ft distance between legs i.e spread legs apart.
- Clench hands together as if you have caught hold of chakki handle with thumb upwards.
- Hands should be straight and arms should be straight parallel to the ground and in front of chest.
- This becomes the starting position.
- Take breath.Move forward to start making circle.
- Rotate hands such that they will make circle looking from the top . You should bend forward and backward as much possible to make big circle.
