SUKHASAN

Type of Aasana : Warm-up /Basic


Basic Position : Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down . 

How to do the Aasana : 

  1. This is most basic and easy aasan for meditation. It should be used beginners. 
  2. Bend left knee and put the leg under right thigh.
  3. Then bend right knee and put right leg under left thigh.
  4. eyes should be closed
  5. body should be totally relaxed
  6. imagine a divine light in between your eyes.
  7. Mudra should be dhyan or chin mudra. 
  8. Elbow can be bent in order to give relaxation to arms.
