Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate

Basic Position :
Viparit Shayan Stithi i.e. Lying on the stomach . Legs Joined to each other at knees and also at foot and placed on floor. Palms next to buttocks facing downwards . Chin on the floor. Sole of feet facing the sky. This is basic Viparit Shayan Stithi.


How to do the Aasana :
1.Put fore head touching the floor
2.put both arms in front of your head such that the palms are touching the floor.
3. Arms should be straight.
4.Breathe normally and try to relax body with each exhalation.
