Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate
Basic Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at feet and Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect on ground.

How to do the Aasana :
- Bring Legs slightly apart
- sit in squatting position . With hands on the knees.
- Breathe in completely and while exhaling now bright the right knee to left foot . and push left knee towards right .
- Look over the left towards back above shoulder. . This is final position.
- Do bahir kumbh count om 1,2,3,4,5
- Inhale and come back to initial squatting position.
- Do on the left also.
- This is one round . Do such 5 rounds.
