KATI CHAKRA AASAN

 Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate


Basic Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at feet  and Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect on ground.


How to do the Aasana : 


  1. Keep Legs apart at distance  .
  2. Raise both arms on respective side at shoulder level 
  3. Take breath and Turn to right from section above the hip . While doing this take right hand at back and left hand on right shoulder
  4. Try to look at left foot from the top of right shoulder. 
  5. While Leaving the breath come to normal position.
  6. Similarly do on left side 
  7. This is one round.
  8. Do such 5 Rounds.
