Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate


Basic Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at feet  and Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect on ground.


How to do the Aasana : 

  1. Bring Legs  slightly apart   
  2. Turn the left leg slightly outward 
  3. Image you are holding bow in your left hand  with the left arm straight and parallel to ground. Keep your eyes on the bow.
  4. With your right hand catch the arrow and Breathe in and stretch arrow  with th right hand so that the right hand comes near right ear  and the arrow can be released anytime. Move  head little in upward direction and look at the arrow.
  5. Do not  lift the heel . Stand firm on ground with complete foot on the ground.
  6. Exhale and release arrow . 
  7. This is one round
  8. Do such 5 rounds.
