Type of Aasana : Warm-up /Basic
Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the
back supporting the trunk palms facing down
How to do the Aasana :
- Right Arm should be at shoulder level
- Right Arm should be parallel to ground
- Make fist with thumb inside.
- Rotate Clockwise 5 times
- Rotate Counter Clockwise 5 times
Breathing :Normal
Variations :
- Individual
- Together in opposite direction
