MANIBADDHA CHAKRA (CLOSED WRIST ROTATION )

Type of Aasana : Warm-up /Basic


Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down


How to do the Aasana : 


  1. Right Arm should be at shoulder level
  2. Right Arm should be parallel to ground
  3. Make fist with thumb inside.
  4. Rotate Clockwise 5 times
  5. Rotate Counter Clockwise 5 times
