SHISHU-PALASAN ( MOVING THE BABY POSE )


Type of Aasana : Warm-up / Beginners 


Basic Position : Baithak Stithi. Both legs straight and joined .Hands at the back supporting the trunk palms facing down.


How to do the Aasana :


  1. Keep Right Knee on left Thigh
  2. Hold right ankle  with left hand. It is also going to  move
  3. Hold right knee with the right hand 
  4. Lift the right  knee with right hand and right ankle with left hand and Move Sideways as if you are moving a baby .
  5. Similarly repeat for left hip.
