VAYU NISHKASAN AASAN (RELEASING AIR POSE)

Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate


Basic Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at feet  and Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect on ground.


How to do the Aasana : 

  1. Bring Legs  slightly apart    
  2. Now inhale. And do antarkumbh.
  3. Bend and grasp the the right feet by right hand with hand fingers under the sole of the right feet from inside out. Similarly do for left hand.
  4. So now you are in pad hast aasan with hands under feet from inside out.
  5. Lower the buttocks so that now you come in squatting position.
  6. Now exhale and do bahir kumbh.
  7. This is final postion.
  8. Come back to normal position
  9. this is one round
  10. do such 5 rounds.
