Type of Aasana : Basic/Intermediate
Basic Position : Dand Stithi ; Standing erect position. Legs joined at
feet and Knees. Trunk and Back Straight . Basically standing straight and erect
on ground.
How to do the Aasana :
- Bring Legs slightly apart
- Now inhale. And do antarkumbh.
- Bend and grasp the the right feet by right hand with hand fingers under the sole of the right feet from inside out. Similarly do for left hand.
- So now you are in pad hast aasan with hands under feet from inside out.
- Lower the buttocks so that now you come in squatting position.
- Now exhale and do bahir kumbh.
- This is final postion.
- Come back to normal position
- this is one round
- do such 5 rounds.
